Our client, a family-owned distribution company is seeking a contract-to-hire accounting clerk.
Job Duties
- Data entry of accounting information
- Processing credit card payments
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain files
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- QuickBooks preferred
- Some college education
- Minimum one year working in an office setting
- Strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft product: Excel, Word, and Outlook
